The Oregonian’s film critic, Shawn Levy, previews the Portland International Film Festival. It will include the premiere of Brian Lindstrom‘s film “Alien Boy,” about James Chasse, a Portland man diagnosed with schizophrenia, who was beaten to death by Portland cops in 2006.
