What day or days do you plan or expect the film makers, and the Chasse family will view the film
so I might speak to them regarding making the top brass of law enforcement and the officers that contributed to James's horrific death to make them accountable "Once and for ALL."

Please google if you are not aware of our successes:

3. Jerry Atlansky Oregon Senate Bill 111 Police Use of Deadly Physical Force

We forced six top officials of law enforcement to resign and have researched and investigated nationwide to force changes that will be made sooner than you may think.

…..
Yesterday, I meant to ask you, would Royal Palm Hotel be an interim housing option for me, if I let go of Section 8 tenant-based voucher housing. What would your answer to this question have been, yesterday?
Yesterday, I signed 30-day notice to vacate apartment at Sacred Heart Villa. Today, I will surrender vacate, both Peter Paulson apartment (Section 8 based upcoming move-in), and my 1994+ Section 8 tenant-based voucher.
After I left you yesterday, I realized, I didn’t represent AA Big Book’s primary principle requirement, rigorous honesty, with myself, with you, when I told you I stand with my choice to sign Peter Paulson apartments/Section 8 lease. These words were not true, in me. The words were true in others, not in me.
Rigorous honesty words would be, I’d rather choose live at Royal Palm. If I moved to Royal Palm, I would feel I was choosing movement and life, instead of likely choosing to continue with sound and vibration effects blockage, like the blockage of 120311+, to now, (1) 120311+ with St. James Apartments/GSL Property Management, then (2) 120824+ with Sacred Heart Villa/Cascade Property Management Company, then (3) 120311+, also, with 1994+ Section 8 tenant-based voucher, like 120311+ internal and external blockage for possibly the third apartment in a row with sound and vibration effects, that block movement and life.
Yesterday, the biggest part of my decision, to go ahead and sign Peter Paulson apartments lease, was based in me keeping very clear in thought every day, decide, up front, I can and will sign 30-day notice, any day, without waiting to end of lease, if sound and vibration effects, internally and externally, continue to block movement and life, like they have blocked movement and life, 120311+ to now.
Years 1994-2011, low income housing programs (1994-2002 @ HAP Hollywood East, 2002-2012 @ St James, 2012-2013 @ Sacred Heart Villa (all very good apartments)) helped me learn ways to see blockage, ways to see movement, ways to choose movement and life.
Today, one full year (120311+) of blocked movement and life, with sound and vibration effects internally and externally still with me, with effects growing more and more extreme january 2013 to now, effects very much ever increasing in effect, with no clear housing support as backup, today, I come back to what my own intuition says to me, all along.
When I get present and still, and listen to it, my intuition says, quit holding on to any something or nothing that busy busy tells you, that busy busy messages you, to go away; instead, trust movement and life, a little, enough, to let go, get moving, do at least one regular form of selfless service, do next thing, see what happens.
Today, I also choose let go of what ohsu doctors (June 2012+, 22 visits, thus far) will or won’t agree to do, with my want desire for full body head to pelvis ct scans. I still want to do utube video street theater love songs about this; perhaps some md somewhere will see video, email agree to prescribe full body cd scans, agree to name other tests procedures that might show foreign materials now present; perhaps someone in similar sound and vibration effects will see video and get moving more easily.
If I include big poster, at utube video street theater, its words will be more impersonal than personal, poster will read something like this, “TO: mds worldwide, please, help prescribe full body head to pelvis cd scans of my body, help make visible all foreign material now present in my body, please name other tests procedures that might help show foreign materials present in my body, please help me to, get up out of 120311+ one full year of blockage, get back into movement and life, instead of help me be tipped and toppled by continuous increase of sound and vibration effects.” Simple sign, simple boom box, simple sing along songs of love.
I don’t expect to gain any good mention, good press, out of these decisions.
If all goes well enough with any of these decisions, then my engagement with movement and life can grow bigger than what it’s been 120311+ this last one full year.
If all goes well enough, then , AA & Artist’s Way comic book journal making weekly outreach group can begin again. I should have shown you the flyer for this.
Thank you, Tony Flowers. Talking with you helped me keep moving.

I was a patient of "Dr" Campbell. He was nothing more than a glorified drug dealer and was prescribing me combinations of medicines that were potentially fatal. I am glad his license was revoked.

Merle Hatch had a gun and threatened to use it. He could have killed hospital staff, an officer or a bystander. His parents confirmed he started using drugs early and had at least a previous conviction. The police shot him because non-lethal methods don't work at distance.

I agree that mental health services and police responses to perceived threats need to improve. However, there is a point at which there is not a choice, and lethal methods need to be used. This is just such a case. This is not a Chasse situation. This man was armed and threatening. Had the police not shot him, and he shot an innocent bystander, the police would be blamed for not protecting the public.

And what about the mental health system? Why did hospital staff allow him to get a gun? Why are involuntary holds so difficult to maintain? Why was he not locked in the hospital, his rights temporarily overridden to medicate him? The mental health system failed here, it can be argued. Lobby to drop the word "imminent" from Oregon laws so that more people can be treated as needed, not only during an acute crisis. Blaming the police, who are trained to fire at a threat that could kill someone else at any moment, is like blaming an officer for not curing someone's cancer. It is not in their purview to treat, diagnose or medicate. Yes, they can use non-lethal means when the person in question is not armed with a deadly weapon; they can talk him/her down, stand off, or just leave to let the person calm down. But this armed man was an immediate danger to officers and the public alike. The mental health/medical system failed this man, not police.
